We’re pleased to announce that after extensive internal testing, today we have deployed new on-premise DDoS filtering supplied by Corero to our network to work alongside our existing upstream network-based solutions.

We now have local DDoS filtering in our London network point of presence able to filter attacks up to 100Gbit in size, in addition to the multiple-terabit upstream protection already in place in front of our network.
This affords us with a great degree of flexibility to mitigate even the largest and most complex attacks.

As this enhanced protection is provided at our network layer, this is provided to all customers, new and existing, across our services, by default.
